How to cook : 'Broccoli Masala' for Grads and Bachelors!

Hey Grad studs/Bachelors/bachelorets,
bored of eating subways and burritos? then here's a post which gives the recipe to cook an easy to do, delicious and healthy dish: 'Broccoli Masala' .

Requirements:
  1. Cooking oil- 2 to 4 Tb spoons depending on how 'Health' conscious you are!
  2. Diced Onions- from 1 Onion
  3. Diced Tomato- from 1 Tomato
  4. Diced Chillies- from 4-8 depending on how 'HOT' you like your dish!
  5. (cut) Broccoli- from a bunch of 3 crowns
  6. Ginger garlic paste- 2 Tb Spoons
  7. Garam masala- 2 Tb spoons
  8. Chili powder- again depending on depending on how 'HOT' you like your dish! But preferably 2 Tb spoons
  9. Salt- as required
Procedure:
  1. Place a frying pan on the stove top [please switch on the stove ;) ]
  2. Put 2 Tb spoons of Cooking oil
  3. After the oil is heated, put in the diced onions, tomatoes, chilies
  4. Soon after the onions look cooked, add the ginger paste and let it marinate
  5. Now, add the Broccoli pieces
  6. At the same time add some water, enough to cook the raw broccoli
  7. Let the Broccoli cook for a few minutes
  8. Now sprinkle Garam Masala over the broccoli, in a spreading fashion so that covers the contents like a sheet and marinate
  9. Now add Chili powder in the same fashion as in earlier step and allow it to marinate
  10. Sprinkle Salt over the contents with caution as much as required
  11. Now let the broccoli marinate with the Masala
  12. After the broccoli is cooked, this is how it looks-->
Ready to serve Broccoli Masala

Now the Delicious, Healthy (as claimed earlier) Broccoli masala is ready!
